The outage lasted around an hour with the platform coming up and down during this period. <br /><br />We have since rectified the issue and are undertaking a full RCO to determine what actions and changes can be undertaken to prevent this sort of outage again.<br /><br />The team apologises for the inconvenience caused by this issue.</p>
