Our team was alerted to a systemwide outage of Couchdrop SFTP and Movebot this afternoon.

This impacted users ability to login and use the platform. The outage lasted around an hour with the platform coming up and down during this period.

We have since rectified the issue and are undertaking a full RCO to determine what actions and changes can be undertaken to prevent this sort of outage again.

The team apologises for the inconvenience caused by this issue.
